Charlene E. Davis, Esq., Founder & Principal
Charlene is the founder of Davis Legal Group LLC and leads the firm in its business and legal endeavors. Serving as a Principal within the firm, Charlene has experience as a corporate defense attorney and in-house regulatory advisor to domestic and international companies.
Charlene has successfully defended companies and individuals in a variety of commercial litigation matters ranging from products liability to complex contract disputes. Charlene practices corporate defense litigation in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Her case portfolio includes matters related to healthcare law, products liability, commercial disputes, white collar crime, and insurance disputes.
Charlene has also clerked for the Strike Force Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania drafting legal briefs related to complex criminal investigations.
As an in-house corporate executive, Charlene spent fifteen years serving as Global Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, and Senior Compliance Counsel for various pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
Charlene has served as an adjunct professor, lecturer, and advisor for law schools in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is also an Advisory Board Member for the Center of Compliance and Ethics at Temple University Beasley School of Law.
